So, GTA and the provincial government want to convert the Hearns plant and the Four Sisters(stacks) to NG, but where do we get it...if,

Maple LNG, a consortium of 4Gas of Rotterdam and Russias Suntera, which bought the liquefied gas rights from Keltic last year, has yet to find an adequate gas supply for the terminal.

As an example only.

Supply, technical and safety hurdles and NIMBYism will make LNG way too late by the looks of it and WAY to expensive(when it becomes fungible).

Building a new Darlington plant sorta makes sense, sorta...but new NG power plants are just horribly unresearched.

==================
It's all about population!

I can't see LNG taking off, although everyone seems to be counting on it. Even Kuwait is building an import terminal for LNG, but where will all the exports come from?

I certainly wouldn't be converting anything to run on gas in North America right now.

like the tar sands for example ?
