I found the film "Crude Awakening" depressing and counterproductive as it does not offer any solutions, e.g. public transport, rail-electrification, re-industrialization based on renewable energies etc. We from SydneyPeakOil showed it to an audience in one of the suburbs and after the film no one was even in the mood to discuss anything. Really useless without conclusions and recommendations. This film just closes all shutters. It will be disregarded as a doomsday scenario by the bureaucracy in power and the in-action continues.
