Cushing inventory levels are what?

Anyone know?

Has anyone ever seen an 8 million bbl drawdown?

As refinery utiization is still below 90.

Cushing is up at 15.9. Seems that the big draws were on the Gulf Coast (PADD III): from 159.7 to 153.8. On the East Coast (PADD I) a draw too: from 16.8 to 14.7.
