Why bother with carbon constraints? The Queensland Premier is cock-a-hoop that the State will be contributing at least a billion tonnes a year (inc. domestic) to global GHGs. When the Barrier Reef is buggered perhaps tourists will flock to see the annual migration of the draglines. The WA Premier seems very pleased that another coal fired power station will be brought out of retirement. More gas can be sold to the Japs.
