The U.S. Energy Information Agency has a table in pdf format that lists U.S. oil consumption. 2002 average consumption: 19.7 mbpd; 2003: 20.0 mbpd; 2004: 20.7 mbpd; 2005 (first three months only): 20.6 mbpd.
