Are we at liberty to pass it on to any decision makers, media, politicians? I would like to sit down with my local MP's (Fed, State, Local) plus any senators I can get, and discuss with them the NESA paper and your paper.
Same with Kjell's paper that he is about to release, analysing the global prognosis given by the IEA.
Btw, there is an editing mistake with the word "investment" in the paragraph before "A more realistic liquid fuels security assesment".
