My international students seem to like America - most want to stay here after grduation.

Where are your students from? The US still looks great from many poor parts of the globe, but maybe not so good for middle easterners with technical training, facing discrimination here but probably with good opportunities in OPEC countries, and Chinese, seeing great opportunities at home.
